Planter Box Directs’ Metal Planter Box Pole Base is the perfect addition to any one of our planter boxes. These bases are made from our 18 gauge – G60 – galvanized steel for a long lasting material and sturdy anchor system. The opening is designed to fit a 4×4 (not included in the kit) and any height you choose. There are also 6 holes on the inside of the 4×4 opening to screw your pole to the base. We thought up of so many uses for these and you will too !!
Common Uses:
- Use multiples to string lights around a pool, deck or backyard
- A decorative way to hang a clothes line
- Install 2 bases in our 2×4 or 3 bases in our 2×6, string lines or lattice for climbing plants
*note these bases are designed to fit snug in our 2×2 , 2×4 and 2×6 boxes. You can use multiples in our 2×4 and 2×6 box
*note these bases must have another form of support to hold weight on the posts such as; gravel or concrete
